Do I need IT support?

Maybe, but not everyone does. Everyone has different requirements, be it an ad hoc second line to deal with problems you can’t personally resolve or a fully handheld support package. We will work with you to find what works for you.

Do you only work remotely?

No. We like to also hold an in-person presence, so you will get to know the people behind the phones! And on-site visits can be arranged on request.

Can you look after our email too?

Absolutely! Utilising Microsoft 365, we can manage your email environment. This includes backups, the creation and managing of email addresses and licenses for Microsoft Office programs.

Do you sell computers and equipment?

Yes! We tailor all quotes to the specific user, so the quote you receive will be personalised and explained to you, with jargon minimised! If budget is an issue, we can supply certified refurbished equipment, which provides great quality devices at a lower price. We work with a huge array of suppliers, so we can get our hands on pretty much anything IT related!
