Hourly Blocks
Our Hourly Blocks support contract offers flexibility and cost-effectiveness. Clients can pre-purchase blocks of hours in increments of four, which can be utilised for technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance and consultancy services. These blocks are valid for the duration purchased or up to six months, providing customers with on-demand assistance without the commitment of a long-term contract.
Business Essentials
Our Business Essentials support contract is ideal for businesses seeking consistent and unlimited remote support. Billed on a monthly basis and calculated based on the machine count, this contract offers comprehensive remote assistance for technical issues, software troubleshooting and maintenance. It ensures prompt resolution of issues, optimising operational efficiency without worrying about hourly charges. It's ideal for smaller businesses or startups.
Business Premium
For businesses requiring a higher level of support, our Business Premium contract offers unlimited remote support along with the added benefit of free call-outs. Similar to Business Essentials, this contract is billed monthly and is based on machine count, but it extends beyond remote assistance, providing on-site support when required. It ensures comprehensive coverage, combining remote support with the convenience of free call-outs for a more extensive support experience. In that regard it's a perfect choice for larger businesses.
Email Management
Our Email management contract provides you with a managed email service only. For a monthly fee (plus additional charges where required for additions such as licenses), TBM can create new email addresses/Microsoft Accounts, manage SharePoint/OneDrive, create additional backups, and create and manage shared mailboxes, as well as any other features located through the online admin portal.
