Welcome aboard Joshua!

We’re delighted to have welcomed Joshua Hogden to TBM.

Joshua has taken the position of Customer Support & Development Manager, a role which will see him offering IT support to clients as and when needed, along with developing client relations and bringing new clients to the company. Joshua brings both an IT and a Sales background to the team, and he's also spent a number of years based in Customer Service & Support, so he'll be perfectly placed to onboard new clients and look after our growing clientbase. Away from work, Josh's interests include his various cars, clay pigeon shooting and watching his beloved Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.

'I've experienced many different sectors over the years, working in large corporations, law firms and even a Cathedral,' comments Joshua. 'Having worked in small, medium and large businesses during my career, I've acquired a wide range of skills, which I can now apply to my new role with TBM. I'm very excited to be working with a diverse range of clients and I'm hoping to introduce a number of new offerings and services for both current and new clients, while also maintaining the high standards of service for which TBM is renowned.'

For TBM Managing Director, Martyn Hazelwood, the addition of Josh to the team is a hugely positive step. 'I've known Josh for a number of years and have watched his career develop with interest,' says Martyn. 'We're therefore very pleased that he's decided to join us in what we believe is a really exciting role as we continue to expand. We pride ourselves on our personal service and on how we look after our customers' IT and business machines as if they were our own, and we're confident that Josh will help us maintain these standards as we grow our clientbase.'
