Welcome to TBM Perry!

We're delighted to welcome Perry Faulkner, who has taken up the position of IT Support Technician within the TBM team.

Having now been with us for three weeks, Perry commented:

"I started working for TBM at the beginning of February 2025. I have come from a computer hardware background and have been building PCs for several years. I decided to make the move to TBM as it provides plenty of opportunities for me to learn and grow within the company. I like the aspect of helping people with their IT issues and TBM has a great customer base for me to do that.

"My role as IT Support Technician is to deal with any support issues that come in. I also provide solutions to customers' IT requirements and am generally there to help support other members of the team. My working days are mostly spent dealing with support requests and setting up new machines for customers. I sometimes deal with issues remotely and visit customers, but am always happy to help wherever it is needed.

"Away from work I like to go shooting as often as possible and enjoy both clay and target shooting. I'm also a bit of a petrolhead and like spending time driving or riding motorbikes (when the weather is suitable)."
